Epic to try and make room for more features for the GC Forms building experience. Moving from a website to a webapp

My Forms page (M-L) - Winter 2026
- folders
- smaller cards #6672
- left side panel #6674
- (dependant on zitadel work) a spot for encryption key

Navigation
- new IA for main navigation (based on research if possible cc: @anikbrazeau ) #6679
- move the building "steps" to the main navigation

Left panel (XL) - TBD
- The panel will be for all the steps within editing
- remove modals
- Add more section to the panel for "question attributes"

Form preview - Future
- working on removing the card view, moving towards GC-DS cards
- TBD Full form preview + commenting
