Possibility of automatically naming or grouping responses based on language / answers to specific questions

## Description

Could we allow clients to specify the naming convention for submissions?

As in "name all my files based on passport numbers or last names" or something like that? To make it more scannable / findable in their systems?

**Example**
`Brazeau.html`
`Sadasivan.html`
`Talbot.html`

or other custom naming integrated in GC Forms?
