**Form Submission Uncertainty Issues for End Users**

> Several respondents were unsure whether their submission was successful, resulting in multiple entries from the same individual. This confusion seemed to stem from the final review page, which displayed all responses before submission. We suggest offering the option to disable this feature and implementing a clearer confirmation message or submission receipt.

Top steps involved in filling out a multi-page form are tested with end users (ex: navigating between pages, saving form progress, reviewing answers, submitting the form, getting confirmation receipt), to learn more about where there might be barriers to successfully complete a form, and provide evidence-based recommendations for improvements.
