Enable "show-hide rules" within repeating sets

## Description

> "When using repeating sets, we cannot add logic on the radio buttons and checkboxes. This is a huge issue for us and because of this, we cannot use it to the extent that we could."

> Would it be possible to enable to **set up rules within a repeating set**? I.e. if the answer to the first question is X, then show second question, but if answer to the first question is Y, instead show a third question.
