## Description
Language Toggle does not work on Admin in Staging
- Cannot seem to switch from EN --> FR or FR --> EN once within the Administration part of the applicaiton
## Steps to reproduce
1. Sign in to Admin-level account
2. Navigate to Administration > Feature Flags
3. Try switching languages by clicking on Français
