**Help people prepare ahead of starting the form**
- Outlining steps involved (`/before you start`)
- List of required documents (`/file upload`)
- Estimated steps/pages involved or time to complete
- Ability to save progress

## 2. Knowing where you are while filling out a form
**Divide up the form and make it clear how much is left**
- Stepper, progress bar or tracker
- Status for different sections
- Navigation within forms

## 3. Knowing what will follow
**Point people to clear and easy next steps**
- What happens next, what will not happen (`/different confirmation pages`)
- Where is data going and to whom (/link to parent program contact info)
- When should I expect to get a follow-up (`/email notification`)
- How can I stay updated, how can I get help
