## Description
We have a similar interface for API as for download but no direct mechanism to see reported problems or to report a problem not within the API (http request)
- when API delivery is set
- when email delivery is set
## Expected behaviour
We might consider a parallel structure where problems can be reported in the app itself even if retrieved by API/email
