### User Story
As a dev on Forms, I need to migrate the Product Marketing Page from the Articles URL to Forms. As a designer on Forms, I need to ensure that the current Forms homepage is updated to align cohesively with the product marketing page so that the content doesn't repeat and the information is easily accessible.
### Acceptance Criteria
- [ ] Product marketing page is migrated from the Articles URL to Forms
- [ ] Current content on the GC Forms home page is updated
