Custom email branding w/ text not displaying in Outlook on iPhone (bug-bogue)

## Describe the bug

Email branding for services using custom branding with text will not display correctly on Outlook on iPhone 8.

SEV-3 Minor - Not many clients using custom branding are using brand text

## To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a custom brand using your platform admin account
2. Add an image, as well as text to the form under "Name of brand" and "Text"
3. Assign this branding to one of your services
4. Send yourself an email
5. View the email in the Outlook app on an iPhone and observe that the text is visible but the brand image is not

## Expected behavior

The brand image should be visible

## Impact

Email branding for services using custom branding with text will not display correctly on Outlook.
