Search behaves strangely when no results are found.

If you type in a term into the search box that doesn't have any info associated with it (I was using "preview"), nothing happens if you press enter.

I would expect to either get some kind of "no results found" message or be directed to a no results found page. As it is, I thought the search box was non functional, until I tried another word that did have info associated with it.
