New User registration not auto detected by bitwarden

### Issue

I noticed this just recently going through the "Create an account" process.

Creating an account didn't wake up the bitwarden browser extension and offer the user to save the login.

### What happened

On clicking "continue", bitwarden did not recognize that a user account form had just been submitted. I then manually created an entry in bitwarden to save login info

### What I expected to happen

- With Bitwarden browser extension installed
- User goes to new account registration page on site
- User fills out form includes username and password
- Bitwarden auto detects a new login has been created
- Prompts user to save info
