Code examples in CDK submodule overviews do not respect the selected language

I'm using `aws-cdk-lib` as an example. In the overview of every submodule, there are code examples. Currently, they are always in TypeScript, regardless of the language selected.

Reproduce the issue from the constructs.dev aws-cdk-lib overview URL with a non-TypeScript language selected, then trace the submodule overview rendering entry point. Done means the code examples change to match the selected language instead of always displaying TypeScript.
