As a validator I want to see how many issues that have been produced per dataset

In the Dataset summary I want to have an overview of how many issues have been reported for each dataset. The total number will be added in a new column "Issues" and the total will be sum of all issues for that dataset

Start by locating the Dataset summary implementation and the existing dataset and issue aggregation paths. Add an Issues column whose value is the sum of all issues reported for each dataset, then verify that the summary displays the correct total for every dataset.
