As CORE engine I want to be able to process long file paths in a efficient way so it can be processes by Windows Command Shell

It might happen for users that the file path where datasets are stored is very long. If the file path is too long the Windows Command Shell cannot process it causing Windows to throw an error.
The engine should be able to create a fake path to be able to process all datasets.
