Description
CORE-000355: "At least one required variable is missing from dataset."
I think we should take SUPPxx datasets out of this rule as it generates an issue for the case of
- SQAPxx (Supplemental Qualifiers for Associated Persons) : identifier is APID instead of USUBJID
- SUPPDI and SUPPDT (Medical Devices ...): these have SPDEVID as the identifier, not USUBJID, as in the parent domain (DI, DT), there is no USUBJID at all, but there is SPDEVID as the identifier.
Maybe it is best to make a separate rule for SUPPxx, allowing for any identifier from the SDTM model (e.g. also POOLID).
