Description
ADaMIG Conformance Rules 58 and 60, affected by processing of Dataset-JSON v1.1 targetDataType: I'll elaborate more at a later time.
Note: rules 41 and 43 are skipped because the data type in the source data in Dataset-JSON v1.1 format, without considering the targetDataType, is string.
Rule 58 is not drafted yet, but we have rule 60 in draft mode.
