Description
While checking the CORE rule output the following issues were observed in the NCI controlled terminology alignment beyween USDM_CT.xlsx and DDF terminology.xlsx
- it appeared that the controlled terminology for objective level was not aligned between the DDF deliverable (USDM_CT.xlsx) and the NCI list and download (DDF Terminology.xlsx). In Phase 4 'Study' was removed from the submission value but it was not deleted from the final list.
- The code for 'Study Acronym' is 'C94108' in USDM_CT.xlsx and it is 'C207646' in DDF terminology.xlsx.
