Add mail/ phone and first/last name to assignedPersons

Description
CTIS mapping requires sponsor contact person details. If we want to store this in USDM we also need separate first/last name, E-mail and Phone number.
TO discuss this whether this is needed at the study design level, also for other down-stream purposes.
