not is possible enconding if had happened an enconding cancel and error using the same file name

Here Lubuntu 24.04.3 and FastFlix 6.2.1.
If was added an file to converting in "enconding queue" and was done an enconding error or cancelled if then was added another file with same name and not the same extension not is possible enconding.
FastFlix show an error message can't enconding.
Need clean the "enconding queue" list and then work correctly.
