PSA: FastFlix may not be signed for Windows after 2024-10-11

Currently I have a grandfathered in certificate that expires this year.

The process is changing to require keys to be stored on hardware devices. And Certificate companies are raising prices, now my same cert would cost around [$500 a year](https://ssl.comodoca.com/code-signing-certificate) and require either a hardware device hooked into a custom github runner server or using an online signing service, increasing the cost.

Cheapest long term option found so far is[ SSL.com](https://www.ssl.com/certificates/code-signing/buy/) for 10 years is $245 a year (using their Tier 1 annual signing service, assuming no price increase) but base cert cost is due up front.

Sponsorship options:
$2,400- 10 years of code signing
$1,350 - 5 years of code signing
$850 - 3 years of code signing
$300 - 1 year of code signing
