The "uploads" assignment needs some editorial review

The text for the assignment needs some editorial review, it seems stubbed/unfinished the way it's currently written. Lots of missing articles (a/the), potential verb forms that should be definite, etc.

With the current text, I have no idea what this assignment is asking me to do. Do I need to write my own form? Do I just need the POST processing route? How do I indicate multi-part form data is to be accepted? Where does that description/file object go?

I'm left with more questions than I had before I started =)
