Transaction explorer can show token transfers

Presently, only accounts and logs are shown. There is a scaffolded (empty) table for token transfers to be displayed. Probably best to put between the accounts & logs, as that's an established pattern.

Locate the transaction explorer and its existing empty token-transfers table, then compare how the accounts and logs sections are assembled. Implement token transfer display between those sections; done means the scaffolded table shows transfers for transactions where they exist.
