Google userstyle is frozen and PRs will not be accepted

This issue exists as a formal notice that the Google userstyle will not accept updates for the time being. Frozen pull requests will not be accepted for the time being, while we assess Google's theming strategy, similar to YouTube. The obfuscation of variables results in ridgid and user styles that are non-maintainable or long-term.
