spotify: unthemed top and bottom bar

Especially prominent on Latte—the top bar and player bar are unthemed. Lyrics page shows up white-on-white, as do track names.

Toggling off this style appears to fix the issue for the top bar:

Togglingn off this style fixes the issue for the player bar, but the icons remain white.

Reproduce the issue in Firefox 148.0.2 with the spotify-web userstyle enabled, using the attached screenshots as reference. Check the top bar, player bar, lyrics page, and track names; done means these areas are themed and readable, with visible player icons.
