The very recently added "Chat" window doesn't get themed and is still black.

Start with the lbl:twitter userstyle and inspect how the recently added Chat window is represented in the Twitter interface. Reproduce the issue in Firefox 145, identify the selectors responsible for that window, and verify that it receives the userstyle theme rather than remaining black.
