These broke with the M3 Expressive rollout.

Start by opening the google-photos userstyle and reproducing the issue in Chrome 139, using the attached screenshot to identify the unthemed photo-editor areas. Inspect the style rules affecting those areas and verify that the editor is consistently themed after the M3 Expressive rollout.
