I noticed that the conditional section macro `SECTION_IF` was integrated into the deleted branch `catchorg:master`: https://github.com/catchorg/Catch2/pull/2018 but is not available in the current branch or any of the latest releases. Is it planned to be included in an upcoming catch2 release?
