List sections additional to test cases

## Description
I wish there would be a possibility to not list only the test cases, but also the contained sections.

Reason: I can select tests to run by specifying the test case name and the section name. If I like to show someone else what tests are available, I cannot easily do this without actually running the tests. Thus, it would be great if there would be a possibility to list all test cases together with their contained sections.
