Commendable work

Dear Gents,

No issue here. I just wanted to pause from my day-to-day and commend your work on Catch.

There have been a few areas where I have come up to speed on Catch features and usage, but overall I've found it pretty easy to work with, fairly self-explanatory to shim in domain specific help, domain specific Catch extensions, and so forth. It even works especially well with language level constructs like structs, functional programming, and so on, to leverage the framework to the absolute limits.

Keep up the good work and can't wait to see v2! :+1:
