Its not working with state provider

Hi,

I added this in my angularjs app, used in a state.
In the state, provided the css.
But it is loaded in all of the (unrelated) states, instead of just the requisite state.

The report concerns CSS supplied in an AngularJS state being loaded in unrelated states, but it names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by reproducing the behavior with the state provider and CSS setup described, then trace how state-specific styles are registered and removed. Done means CSS is loaded only for the requisite state and not for unrelated states.
