Description
If there is a binary for a package in the user's path before `hermit install ` it will still take precedence in the user's IJ Terminal until `hash -r` is run manually.
We should revisit if there is a way of injecting hermit activation scripts to the Terminal

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by tracing how the IJ Terminal handles Hermit activation and how `hermit install ` affects the shell environment; done means a newly installed package takes precedence without manually running `hash -r`.
