Add a cheatsheet

This was prompted by the discussion in #3105. I think a cheatsheet would be useful for both agents and humans. I'm not sure what form it should take though. I like to embed documentation in the `just` binary, like `just --man`, `just --changelog`, so I don't see why it couldn't be a subcommand, `just --cheatsheet`.
