- [ ] Lightning/bitcoin (use btcpay to avoid address reuse)
- [ ] Allow end-users to optionally include information about intermodal, including tipping info, in created releases
- [ ] Add `imdl donate` or `imdl support` subcommand to print donation information: Ideally it should print information about supporting the project, and the address of a hosted BTCPay server for making BTC/lightning donations. Paypal, patreon, kofi-me, etc might also be a good idea.
