Please support bcrypt cryptography

Hello,
I would appreciate it if YTT could support bcrypt in the same way as it does SHA256. Maybe using something like https://godoc.org/golang.org/x/crypto/bcrypt

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the existing SHA256 support in the ytt repository and reviewing how cryptographic functions are exposed; then assess the referenced Go bcrypt package. Done means bcrypt is supported in the same way as SHA256 and the behavior is covered by tests.
