publishing this vsix in open-vsx.org

Hi there,

i wanted to report here that i have published `v0.0.3` manually on [Open-VSX](https://open-vsx.org/extension/ewrenn/vscode-ytt). I have no interest in claiming any ownership, if my actions interfere with a proper publication, feel free to contact me.
I have not made any changes to the extension or its namespace, it is still `ewrenn` so this extension is now directly accessible in codium under `ewrenn.vscode-ytt`.

For me and my colleagues [SAP/ytt-lint](https://github.com/SAP/ytt-lint) did not work, but this extension did at syntax hilighting. (For whatever reason, we are also relatively new to ytt ).

I would be interested to know if this repo is still maintained, especially since not much is moving.
