Print more details about deployments that fail to deploy

**Describe the problem/challenge you have**

When a deployment fails to progress - kapp just exits with a little bit of information

**Describe the solution you'd like**

It would be great for the if kapp could provide more information (ie. deployment status, replica set status, pod status and even pod logs) when a failure occurs.
