K8s 1.32.x support

**Describe the problem/challenge you have**
Ensure that KC is working with the latest kubernetes version 1.32.x,

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Update the kind test to run with 1.32.x and fix any issues that arise.
Also, test with 1.30, 1.31

**Anything else you would like to add:**
udpate the tests with minimum version to 1.27.x
