Description

**Describe the problem/challenge you have**
`k14s.io` is an outdated reference before we renamed the project to Carvel. This can create confusion for folks that have never known about k14s. Deprecating this use simplifies things for newcomers to the project.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
No references to k14s across the project.

**Anything else you would like to add:**
- There will likely be a number of changes needed, some easy and some difficult. We can use this issue as the "epic" and list out what all changes will be needed. Feel free to link new issues to this one.
- We need to be conscious of how folks will upgrade to `carvel.dev` and don't want to break folks immediately when we make this switch. We should determine some grace period where both references work.

Search the repository for `k14s.io` references and group the findings by the changes they require. Identify which references need a transition period so `carvel.dev` can be adopted without breaking existing users, then split the work into focused follow-up issues. Done means the migration plan covers all references and the required grace period.
