Description
The current instructions for installing WSL [use the Windows Store](https://github.com/carpentries/workshop-template/blob/6918f944b682df6f14206452c059ef6bad353613/_includes/install_instructions/shell.html#L183).
It's very difficult for me to know how common this is, but at least my administrator has blocked access to the Windows Store:
