Increase detailed instructions for Library Carpentry Workshops

It is my understanding that most Library Carpentry workshops are customized. Drawing from more than just the Core lessons, and not always including all the Core lessons.

It was a bit challenging to figure out the customization and I didn't love the display of the schedule (it's not aligned), but I couldn't figure out how to improve it.
