Mention Jupyter Lab in Python install instructions?

The new Programming and Plotting with Python lesson uses Jupyter Lab. It would be good to mention Jupyter Lab in the installation instructions. (It's possible to have jupyter notebook installed, but not jupyter lab -- several people had this in a recent workshop. It may have been an old version of Anaconda)

Does it make sense to create another include file for Programming and Plotting with Python? Or updating the existing one? I can help with either, if people agree.
