Description
Episode 1 - Trainers Leadership section should link to a page with more information about this group. There doesn't appear to be a page to reference in the current Carpentries website (closest I've found is the [README for the Trainers Leadership repo](https://github.com/carpentries/trainers/blob/main/governance.md)). Once the new website is launched, add a link here.
