Description
Thank you for your interest in submitting a dataset to Pointers.
## Dataset Name
Reboot Hub DJI Drone Specs and Used Price Index: Q3 2026 Baseline
## Zenodo Entry URL
https://zenodo.org/records/21387578
## Dataset format(s)
Plain-text CSV and JSON Lines files, JSON schemas, Markdown documentation, a Data Package descriptor, and a release manifest with checksums.
## Confirmation of Dataset Requirements
- [x] The dataset record includes a README file describing the dataset.
- [x] The dataset record includes a license file.
## Description of Supplementary Information
The record contains a tidy 43-row model-level table summarizing 251 listed catalog configurations. Its README documents provenance, files, variables, processing decisions, exclusions, hazards, citation, and licensing. The package also contains machine-readable schemas and a checksum manifest.
Open teaching material and an R preparation script are under public review in [cmustatistics/data-repository#23](https://github.com/cmustatistics/data-repository/pull/23). The material proposes exercises in exploratory data analysis, log transformations, visualization, data cleaning, regression diagnostics, and selection bias.
The source methodology and current data notes are available on the [Reboot Hub Data page](https://reboot-hub.com/pages/reboot-hub-data).
## Disclosure and evidence boundaries
I maintain the source dataset for Reboot Hub. The data come from one retailer and contain listed prices, not completed-sale prices or market-wide estimates. Configuration count partly reflects sampling effort, and bundle contents, controller type, batteries, accessories, and condition grade can affect price dispersion. The underlying configuration-level rows are not distributed. These limitations are stated in the Zenodo record and teaching material.
The dataset is published under CC BY 4.0 at DOI [10.5281/zenodo.21387578](https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.21387578).

Research direction
Review the Zenodo entry, its README, license, schemas, checksum manifest, and the linked R teaching material first. Confirm that the submission meets the stated dataset requirements and that its provenance, limitations, citation, and licensing are documented; done means the dataset can be accepted as an educational resource.
