Possibly broken (mis-rendered) link in lesson-example/setup.html

I was just importing the styles repository so as to setup a lesson from which to create
a PR, however, whilst refreshing my mind as to the way to do this, I came across the
following oddity, so, in case it not just me:

When I'm viewing this page,

- http://carpentries.github.io/lesson-example/setup.html

the link (under the []) in this

13. Create and edit files as explained further [in the episodes of this lesson].

appears to point here:

- http://carpentries.github.io/#schedule

ie, it DOESN'T have a repository name in the URI

I'd have expected this:

- http://carpentries.github.io/lesson-example#schedule

which does take you where I think you'ld want to go.
