Prepare the JOSE submission

We will write up the project and submit it as a _learning module_ to [The Journal of Open Source Education (JOSE)](https://jose.theoj.org). - List authors and affiliations.
- Describe the submission, explain eligibility for JOSE.

- describe the learning objectives, content, instructional design, and experience of use in teaching and learning situations.
