Review exercise types and maybe swap some types out

### How could the content be improved?

During the formative assessment section of today's training, I was thinking it might be nice to try to swap out more of the exercise types. It was noted there were not T/F exercises, think we could maybe work on swapping out or adding some exercises of different types.

Start by reviewing the formative assessment section of the training curriculum and inventory its current exercise types. Clarify which types should be swapped or added, then define completion by agreeing on the revised set and updating the affected exercises.
