Description
Soon after the training launches, we will need to establish an Attendance Policy like [the one The Carpentries has for Instructor Training](https://docs.carpentries.org/topic_folders/instructor_training/cancellations_and_makeups.html). This could be a good topic for discussion at the next Maintainers meeting.
