Description

### How could the content be improved?

The code of conduct sticky situation has trainees read the CoC committee incident response guidelines, which provides the long time scale what happens, but does not really help trainees know what they should do in the moment, in the classroom, if something occurs.

This section could be modified to have some more actionable steps for instructors to take.

I think that the exercise can still be focused on coordinating with a team, how to plan, we do not need to go to actual bystander intervention training level case studies, but giving people a few actionable things to do I think would help a lot.
