Suggest speaking, then typing (instead of speaking as you type)

In the [What to Display](https://carpentries.github.io/instructor-training/instructor/05-memory.html#what-to-display) section, we suggest Instructors "speak commands as they type them on the screen." One of the most consistent points of feedback I've gotten from people who are starting teaching using live coding practices is that it's hard to type and speak at the same time. I always tell them that you don't actually need to simultaneously speak and type -- they can say what they are going to do and then type it out (or type it out and then say what they typed out... or both). I think it would be useful to change this language to make it clear that we don't expect people to simultaneously talk and type.

Start with the linked What to Display section in the instructor training lesson and locate the sentence about speaking commands as they are typed. Revise the wording to clarify that instructors may speak before or after typing rather than simultaneously, then preview the lesson to confirm the guidance is clear.
