Numbered list formatting is broken on summary/setup page

### What is the problem?

On the [Summary and Setup page](https://carpentries.github.io/instructor-training/index.html), the numbered list looks like it should continue with two number "4" items for online or inperson but they don't get formatted as part of the numbered list. Then number "5" gets lost inside number "4" for inperson events.

Perhaps re-phrase this section entirely. The online part assumes the person would be on a computer, but maybe we should not make that assumption. Maybe remove the in-person part since we don't really do those.
